A phone that feels like it’s on your desk

Section titled “A phone that feels like it’s on your desk”

Use a rented phone whichever way suits you, in the same session:

  • In the browser: the live screen with touch and keyboard, drag-and-drop APK install, Logcat and file transfer. Nothing to install.
  • In Android Studio and your own tools: pocketshare connect puts the phone in adb devices, so Android Studio mirrors it and you can debug, read Logcat and run Appium, Maestro, Espresso or scrcpy.
  • From the command line and API: search, rent, connect and stop from a terminal or CI, like Vast’s CLI.
  • From AI coding agents: an MCP server lets agents rent a phone within a spending limit, install your app, take screenshots, tap through it and read Logcat.

Install and debug your own APK during a session, on a phone that’s cleaned before and after.

Hosts will be recruited for the phones developers ask for: less common brands, budget Android Go devices, and specific model and Android version combinations. You’ll be able to request a model that isn’t listed yet.

Unattended 24–72 hour runs on a chosen phone, with a report on how the phone’s software treated your app: background kills, delayed jobs and alarms, and battery drain.

Pay only for what you use, from a prepaid credit balance, with no subscription or minimum session: phone time is billed per minute at each phone’s hourly rate, plus bandwidth per GB. Billing will start only once the phone is connected and usable.

Access to a host’s SIM card, phone number, texts or calls; reselling a host’s home or mobile internet connection; accounts that persist between sessions; and multi-account or engagement operations.
