PLANNED SERVICE PHYSICAL ANDROID TESTING

Android phone rentals.
Planned with developers.

Explore the app-testing, mobile-web and QA workflows we’re evaluating. There is no bookable public inventory. Tell us which devices and tasks would be useful to your team.

Android emulators help with repeatable development tests. Physical phones add device-specific behavior, touch input and battery or thermal conditions. Use each where it answers your testing question; a real phone alone does not establish coverage.

Public paid rentals are not open. Approved pilot accounts can use a supplied offline fixture through a host computer and USB/Appium connector. General APK uploads and mobile-web sessions remain planned.

COMMON QUESTIONS

Current availability
and known limits.

Can I rent a phone now?

Public paid rentals are not open. The controlled private pilot is restricted to approved accounts and a supplied offline test fixture. Its rental workflow requires a host computer with a USB/Appium connector. Join developer early access for updates; signup does not grant pilot access.

What devices and Android versions will be available?

There is no public device catalog or confirmed supported-model list. Physical-phone rental qualification is still pending. Device models, Android versions, regions and quantities will need evidence before publication. The phone images on this site are concept illustrations, not available inventory.

How will pricing work?

We’re exploring usage-based pricing for time delivered on a usable device. Rates, minimums, interruption handling, and fees will be disclosed before booking. There are no paid reservations today.

Will there be an API or ADB access?

The private pilot supports a supplied offline test fixture with bounded commands. Broader browser sessions, APK uploads, APIs, and automation integrations are being evaluated. Unrestricted ADB is not provided.

How will sessions and data be protected?

We’re working toward restricted access, network isolation, session-scoped controls, and verified cleanup. The pilot only supports a supplied test fixture. Device owners retain physical access, so use test data only. Independent confinement and owner privacy protections must pass qualification before general rentals.
